Alkanater Halva Original (plain) is the original and most popular variety of Halva. It has a crumbly texture and can be cut into bite sizes pieces or served with a spoon. Its best used as a spread on pita bread and toast.
Alkanater Tahini is made from 100% sesame seeds. It is prepared by grinding roasted sesame seeds into a fine paste. Sesame seeds are very rich in poly-unsaturated oils giving tahini its creamy nutty texture.
